1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:


  • The item was purchased directly from our official website malyn.my.
  • Your request for return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product (unless otherwise stated).
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received — including the box, wrapping, seals, tags, accessories, manuals (if any), and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
  • Products must not show signs of excessive use, damage, stains, or odor.
  • You must contact our Customer Service team first to obtain a Return Reference Number (RMA) before sending anything back.


3. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g., skincare, perfume, cosmetic products) unless proven defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized items made according to your request.
  • Gift cards or promotional items received for free.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


4. Return Procedure


  1. Contact us at support@malyn.my or +6012-5450-686 with your order number, item details, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Reference Number (RMA) within 48 business hours along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product securely to: Malyn Ventures, 16-19 Plaza Azalea, Persiaran Bandaraya, Seksyen 14, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Please include your receipt and order number inside the package.
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the result within 3–5 business days.
  6. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).


5. Refunds


  • Refunds will be made for the product amount only (excluding shipping fees unless otherwise stated).
  • If a discount code or voucher was used, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
  • The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or model), please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur additional shipping fees.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and photo evidence to our support team.

We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund once verified.


8. Order Cancellation


If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund (excluding any bank or transaction fees if applicable).

If the item has already been shipped, the return process outlined above will apply.

Malyn Ventures reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if it does not meet the conditions stated above or if we detect misuse of this policy.
